The Neighbourhood Organization’s goal is to build safe, healthy and inclusive communities in Toronto’s Thorncliffe and Flemingdon Park neighbourhoods. The organization provides a wide range of services, among them child and family programs, employment services, as well as seniors, newcomers and youth services.

Grant Description:
The Ecclesiastical Community Impact Grant supports an exciting new project, Art in the Park, developed specifically for newcomer youth. The project will provide opportunities for young newcomers to explore and participate in visual arts, dance, DJ and music production, and creative writing. Art in the Park will help them gain confidence, collaborate with peers and set productive personal goals.
