A Rotational Model (Learning by Doing)

The program’s rotational model allows associates to participate in every aspect of our business. Associates learn from, and collaborate with, a diverse group of professionals, including underwriters, risk management and claims specialists, as well as business solutions experts who enable us to leverage cutting edge tools and technologies. Each rotation is designed to help associates gain both technical and leadership skills.

Full Sponsorship to Professional Accreditation

Business Associates receive full sponsorship to the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) Program, offered by the Insurance Institute of Canada. CIP designation is both internationally recognized and a gateway to accelerated career advancement. By supplementing CIP coursework with hands-on experience, our associates acquire an even deeper understanding of the industry and Ecclesiastical’s role as a specialist insurer in the Canadian market. We encourage our associates to complete the course and even provide paid study days so that they will excel!

Associates are given opportunities to spend time with customers to better understand the unique insurance needs of the organizations we serve. Associates also have opportunities to spend time in our Regional offices to continue to develop their skills and gain an appreciation of our customers and business partners in different parts of the country.

— Michelle, Business Associate

As an Ecclesiastical Business Associate, I have been able to take advantage of several opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Working alongside industry leaders and supportive colleagues, I have gained a great deal of knowledge, discovered new skills, and sharpened old ones.  The culture and people at Ecclesiastical have made my experience a very positive one and I find the giving back initiatives and programs both empowering and inspiring.
