Stella’s Circle
Stella’s Circle serves the needs of adults who cannot fully participate in community life due to such barriers as mental health issues, addiction, poverty, homelessness, low literacy, and criminal justice involvement. To realize its mission––‘transforming lives through Real Homes, Real Work, Real Help’–– the organization provides a range of practical support services and resources, including housing, on-the-job training and experience, counselling, and life-skills learning.

Grant Description:
The Ecclesiastical Community Impact Grant supports the Stella’s Circle’s Community & Participant Animateur project. The project identifies opportunities for additional participant and neighbourhood engagement programs whereby individuals can overcome challenges and participate in their communities in meaningful and rewarding ways.
