Momentum Counselling Society

Momentum Counselling offers mental health counselling to people who are unable to access care due to long wait lists or financial barriers. They believe that everyone deserves to be mentally and emotionally well, regardless of circumstance, and is committed to ensuring equitable access to support. Momentum offers one on one care, group support, and workshops. Their Momentum Mental Health Counselling Program, supported by the Community Impact Grant, will provide counselling to people who need support but are unable to pay. This clinical intervention will produce real results, in real time, relieving people of their emotional strain while addressing some of the strain on the mental health system.
