Grant Description:
Due to the increased demand for services, the organization has chosen to create the “Kingston Interval House Volunteer Program” — a formal volunteer program that will allow the organization to close the gap between program needs and staff capacity to deliver them. Volunteers will allow staff to focus on their critical work so that they can continue to provide clients with exceptional service.
