Grant Description:
The Ecclesiastical Community Impact Grant supports the Meals for Kids Program. The Meals for Kids Program is a growing project that ICYA runs to help provide nutritious meals for inner city kids and youth. The aim of the project is to provide healthy, nutritious meal for kids who are living in poverty. Many of the children they work with live in poverty, abuse and neglect. As a result, they eat improperly or go hungry. Meals for Kids provides nutritious meals and snacks in a safe and nurturing environment.
