Choices for Youth Inc.

For over 30 years, Choices for Youth has been operating programs and social enterprises to help vulnerable youth secure stable housing, employment, and education, while improving health and family stability. During their last fiscal year, they supported over 1,000 youth. Their Momma Moments Pilot Initiative will be backed by their Community Impact Grant, and support the healthy development of children whose young moms experience challenges such as substance abuse or housing insecurity. The program works to establish a positive and secure relationship between parent and child, while reaching outcomes in reduction of maternal substance use, increased positive parenting, child and maternal health, and family income and housing.
