Grant Description:
With the Ecclesiastical Community Impact Grant, RAN Mission is able to expand its efforts and launch an after-school Latch Key Program for vulnerable, unattended children. In a safe, caring and structured environment, these children will be able to socialize, explore and develop new skills. By transforming potentially unsafe after-school hours, the Latch Key Program will help children, their working families and the community at large.
“It was indeed a pleasure to have met with Ecclesiastical staff and to have received a cheque for $50,000. It will be used to cover start-up costs for our after-school program… Although not requested, we will be placing a plaque in the Family Centre lobby acknowledging Ecclesiastical for this gift.”
